Cameron Harris has practiced law in various settings since 1982 and has extensive transactional, advisory, tax and estate planning experience with closely held business (enterprise values ranging from several million dollars to hundreds of millions) and their ownership groups.
His major areas of practice include corporate restructuring for pre-sale, taxation and operational purposes, sell-side business dispositions, business acquisitions, compensation and incentive structuring for significant size closely held businesses, succession planning and exit strategies, income taxation of closely held businesses and their owners, and estate planning for owners of closely held businesses.
Mr. Harris has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona, a Juris Doctoris from the University of Texas, and a LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. He is also a director of the Majestic Arts Ranch Arts Foundation and a former adjunct professor at the University of Dallas.
